I purchased Knox this morning and installed it. But when I go to the preferences pane and click on the button to enter a serial number, nothing happens. So, it seems to be impossible to activate the "real" version rather than the trial. Please let me know how to resolve this problem...

Hi! Does the "Enter a License..." button get highlighted and stay that way, or does it simply do nothing when you click it?
